As preparations get going for Passover 2025, we’re taking a look back at the success of this past year’s program.

The highlight of many guests’ Passover experience was the private, 5-acre Tidal Cove Waterpark. Underneath the warm Florida sun, Tidal Cove boasts fun for the whole family! Guests floated along the lazy river. They took on the twists, turns, and thrills of all the water slides. Their little ones splished and splashed around Kids Cove. There’s fun at every turn. And the day only got better when the cocktail cart walked through!
Those who reserved Cabanas when they booked were welcomed to Tidal Cove with an extra treat. Our welcome kit included two sets of tumblers, vodka, tequila, and the perfect fanny pack. When it comes to the culinary experience, we always aim to push the boundaries. We teamed up with the always talented Jeremy Goldfeder and his team at JM Food Event Design. Together we created a menu for Passover 2024 that we, and our guests, won’t soon forget.

A true master of exquisite kosher cuisine, Jeremy and his team curated meals that ranged from elegant plated dinners to fresh, flavorful poolside bites. At every meal, guests were treated to a wide variety of gourmet options that cater to every taste.
We know how hard it can be to gather everyone around the table three times a day, so we serve food all-day-round. From the Morning Tea Room to Breakfast, Lunch and the Poolside Food Truck Rally, Kids Dinner, Dinner and the Evening Tea Room, our guests can eat on their schedule and not skip out on any relaxation.

As if the incredible food wasn’t enough, the drinks were equally impressive. Throughout the hotel, master mixologists curated cocktails to suit every occasion, from poolside sips to the perfect dinner cocktail. No matter where you were on the property, a perfectly crafted drink was never far away.
Each year, we pride ourselves on bringing in world-class entertainers. But 2024 was the year we brought it to the next level.

Guests were treated to a surprise appearance when Matisyahu unexpectedly joined Distant Cousins’ set. The Grammy-nominated artist performed a number of songs including “One Day” and several songs from his new EP, Hold the Fire. Matisyahu and Distant Cousins brought the energy, leaving the whole program abuzz.
But that was just one night! The rest of Chol Hamoed was filled with performances that blew away our guests.

There was no shortage of laughs when Modi brought the house down with his signature wit. He tackled the difference between Sefardim and Ashkenazim and closed out the night with a beautiful rendition of Hatikvah.
Minds were blown when mentalist Michael Samen took center stage. Each act in Michael’s performance added new levels of wonder and intrigue as he successfully read the minds of our guest volunteers.
For those who were looking for a quieter evening, there is always somewhere to lounge. The Evening Tea Room offered the perfect mix of relaxation and live entertainment, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a full day of activities in the Florida sun.
